This partnership entails a joint commitment to fund and support reforestation projects, leveraging our respective strengths and resources to make a significant impact.

To offset the energy used to power blockchain technology, PLAYA3ULL GAMES has sponsored planting 6,526 trees in areas threatened by deforestation across five countries. An additional number of trees will soon follow to match the number of PLAYA3ULL GAMES Nodes recently sold. PLAYA3ULL GAMES' reforestation efforts will remove 2,017 tons of atmosphere-warming carbon dioxide.

Evertreen is an impact-driven startup on a mission to recover lost forests at scale using technology and incentive systems structured around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Their innovative app, which uses satellite imagery tracking, allows individuals and businesses to fund the planting of real trees. The app provides updates on the growth and health of the trees, giving funders a tangible way to see the impact of their contributions.

Since 2020, Evertreen has coordinated the planting of over 1.17 million trees across 14 countries, including the Philippines, India, Madagascar, Kenya, Ethiopia, Mozambique, the United States and more. Beyond absorbing over 220,000 tons of carbon dioxide, these vital projects have also generated over 146,000 working hours to alleviate poverty by providing employment opportunities for local farmers who gain purpose in planting and caring for the restored forests.
